Todos

Track tasks for a song — assign work to collaborators, set deadlines, and move cards across a Kanban board.

Todos are task cards tied to a specific track. Use them to track what still needs doing before a track is finished.

The Kanban board

Cards move across three columns: Todo, In Progress, and Complete. Drag a card to change its status.

Create a todo

  1. Click + Add Todo in the Todos tab.
  2. Write a description.
  3. Optionally assign it to a team member, set a start date, and a due date.
  4. Click Save.

Assigned collaborators receive an email notification. Aliada also sends reminder emails as due dates approach.

Click any card to open the editor. From here you can edit the description, change assignees, add comments, or archive/delete the todo.
