Notes

Write and store Markdown notes for a track — attach them to a specific version, edit them at any time.

Notes are free-form Markdown documents attached to a track. Use them for liner notes, session logs, mix notes, or any context that doesn’t fit in a comment.

Create a note

  1. Open a track and click the Notes tab.
  2. Click + Add Note.
  3. Enter a Title.
  4. Optionally select a specific Version to associate the note with — leave it on Asset to attach it to the track as a whole.
  5. Write your content in the Markdown editor. A live preview appears as you type.
  6. Click Create Note.

Edit a note

Open any note from the list and click Edit. Make your changes and click Update Note. You will be prompted if you try to navigate away with unsaved changes.

Markdown support

Notes support standard Markdown: headings, bold, italic, lists, code blocks, and links. Use the preview pane to check formatting before saving.
