FAQ
Common questions about Aliada — rights, sharing, billing, and more.
Does Aliada keep any rights to what I upload?
No. You always retain full ownership of everything you upload. Aliada is a platform for collaboration — we never claim rights to your music.
Why do public share links expire?
Aliada is built for the work that happens before a track is published. Public links are time-limited to keep things performant for logged-in collaborators. Invited shares (where you send a link to a specific email) have longer lifetimes.
Can recipients hear my tracks without signing up?
Yes. When you share a track via email, the recipient gets a link they can open in any browser — no account needed. They can listen, comment, and reply.
What audio formats can I upload?
MP3, WAV, AIFF, FLAC, M4A, AAC, OGG, and most other common formats. Aliada processes your file and generates a streamable version automatically.
What happens if I exceed my storage limit?
You’ll get an email warning as you approach your limit. You can free up space by removing old assets or upgrading your plan.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Go to Billing in your settings and click Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
