Contacts

Your personal address book — save collaborators' details once and use them everywhere.

Contacts are people you work with. Save their name and email once, and Aliada will autocomplete them whenever you’re sharing a track or inviting a team member.

Personal vs. team contacts

  • Personal contacts — available to you across all your teams.
  • Team contacts — shared with everyone on a specific team (found on the team page).

Add a contact

  1. Go to Contacts in the navigation.
  2. Click + New Contact.
  3. Enter their name and email.
  4. Click Save.

Use contacts

When sharing a track or inviting someone to a team, start typing in the email field — saved contacts will appear as suggestions.
